To provide drawing / document updates (mainly using AutoCAD and raster editing packages), from red-lined as-built documentation using the relevant standards, processes and procedures. In addition to maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail to enable the Drawing Office to continue to deliver an efficient quality service.
MAIN DUTiES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- AutoCAD qualification or suitable experience
- A good standard of written (typed) English
- Experience of using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- A good level of general computer skills (good electronic housekeeping)
- Possess a proficient level of skills in using AutoCAD software
- Good communication skills (written & oral)
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Ability to work in a busy environment and cope with workload demands from both internal and external sources
- The ability to work to targets / deadlines
- Basic self-time management skills
- Be a flexible team player and be able to work on own initiative
