Wood Applied Intelligence (AI) is currently inviting expression of interest applications for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to support our UK projects. We anticipate the timeline to start shortisting for this role end Q1 2023.
Whilst this role can be based anywhere in the UK, mobility and travel to customer sites and face to face meetings with colleagues will be expected as required.

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for the execution of specific aspects of supply chain management including expediting, procurement, subcontracts, negotiation and reporting of major procurement packages / subcontracts. This includes supervision and guidance of directly reporting supply chain specialists / associates. You must have a clear understanding of the client’s head contract requirements including Wood responsibilities and knowledge of how these are integrated into project supply chain strategies, plans, procedures and terms and conditions, together with working knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, interfaces with Wood legal / commercial experts and can under guidance initiate / discuss adaptations in order to reach a robust commercial agreement.
