Wood is recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to support delivery of engineering capital projects based at our client site in Barnard Castle, County Durham.
This is a site-based, permanent staff position and the expectation is for you to attend site at least 4 days a week with 1 day working from home days per week. Once you are established in the role, this can then be reviewed.
Barnard Castle is a key site for the client with a large number of new products coming through development. They manufacture and supply a huge range of different pharmaceuticals and have recently opened a new state of the art aseptic digital facility producing biopharmaceuticals.
The Role
Our Senior Project Engineers work closely with the client to deliver capital projects from concept through to completion. This role works closely with a multi-disciplined engineering team consisting of both Wood and client engineers alongside external designers, equipment vendors, and skilled contractors. The role will require you to be flexible in your day to day activities.
