  • Overview / Responsibilities

    • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Automation, Communication and Computer.
    • 6-12 years engineering experience in Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Pharmaceutical/ Power Plants.
    • Telecom/LV Electrical Engineer Certificated by Chinese competent authority.
    • Familiar with related Chinese and international standards & codes.
    • Capability of Telecom/LV engineering design techniques, as well as CAD and Microsoft skills.
    • Good English both oral and writing.


    Skills / Qualifications

    • Execute work in accordance with the applicable Project Procedures and Standards
    • Review the project execution schedule developed by the Cost and Planning Department and to develop the detailed schedule for Telecom Engineering and/ or Design activities if necessary
    • Prepare telecom design instructions
    • Prepare and develop FAS and telecom system diagram
    • Prepare technical specifications for FAS, CCTV, PA, ACS, LAN and all other telecom equipment
    • Prepare material requisitions for FAS, CCTV, PA, ACS, LAN and all other telecom equipment
    • Issue material requisitions
    • Prepare and develop telecom equipment layout and cable tray outing
    • Prepare and develop MTO of telecom systems
    • Support permitting works
    • Review Vendors’ quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor
    • Hold co-ordination meetings and engineering review meetings with Vendors of major equipment as required
    • Review relevant contract design work
    • All policy matters, major technical problems and unresolved differences with other Groups
    • Support the construction team and correspond to the site queries
    • Coordinating with the other discipline engineers for all the needs and technical aspect which can affect the design
    • Ensuring that all comments are consistent and are included in the drawings according to the applicable procedure
