Overview / Responsibilities

Wood (trading locally as PSN KazStroy) is currently recruiting for IM Data Administrator - Expression of interest with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry (KZ passport holders)


Collection of data from Engineering group and supplier, its validation and handover to client systems in a multi discipline and multi contractor environment.

Managing the importation of asset data into the Asset Register Database (ARD)

Creating the fortnightly data exports from the MAC ARD

Maintaining and configuring changes to the MAC ARD system

Generating data analysis reporting on various datasets using advanced Excel functionality

Review of Data Collection Template (DCT) submissions from Suppliers

Content management analysis of data supplied in DCTs. (Data collection templates)

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years working with data collection from Engineering Design and Suppliers

Candidates with previous experience in Oil and Gas projects preferred

Advanced Excel skills e.g. complex pivot tables, macros

Understanding of the SQL processes used within the Asset register

Detailed understanding of IM process as these relate to document and data management

Education: Relevant data management courses /degree
