As part of the Project Quality Management team, individual should understand the tools and processes required to execute the quality plan, including but not limited to; Equipment criticality and inspection process, QA practices, vendor evaluations, design technical assurance processes, Engineering and Procurement Assessment programs, flawless project delivery, evaluation of contract terms and conditions, KPIs, etc.

Project technical assurance experience in project assurance controls, quality engineering requirements, equipment /system criticality assessment, procurement assurance and the ability to audit technical deliverables for a project pertaining to whether the appropriate level of technical assurance was utilized to develop and approve the deliverable
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support development and implementation of Project Quality Delivery Plan (overall integration of all project quality related processes (i.e. technical quality assurance, construction quality, fabrication quality, ITPs, inspection, lessons learned, quality incident reporting & alerts, etc.)
- Responsible for quality processes and practices (global processes and best practices). This includes guidance in the implementation of the requirements defined within our CLIENT quality engineering practices.
- Support development and implementation of Project Quality Management Systems
- Provision of QA/QC training (for quality people as well as project managers and project engineers)
- Provide quality input to project plans, risk register, and technical specifications
- Support the Project Quality Management Review
