Complete isolations in accordance with Work Management Manual requirements. - Log operations information as required. - Carry out shift handover in a detailed and comprehensive manner. - Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the operating area to ensure safe working conditions. - Perform startup and shut down procedure red lining when required. - Participate in daily Tool Box Talks with Start Up Team on specific activity to be executed during the day. - Assists the effort to capture startup lessons learned. - Work directly with the foreign experts to ensure the transfer of technical advice during the initial period of operation. - Interface with DCS System Engineer and I & C Technicians. - Apply procedures to planned startup and shutdown and unplanned shutdown. - Detailed unit-specific startup, shutdown and emergency response. - Deal with any out of specification material in accordance with procedures. - Communicate with other work groups and personnel during the operation and monitoring of the DCS console.

Reporting directly to the Project Construction Superintendent, this position will be responsible for day-to-day activities on the remote sites, including OH&S, QA, equipment requirements and team toolbox talks. Key Duties: - Originate discipline deliverables under limited direction of senior discipline personnel. - Assist the Electrical Lead Engineer and/or Electrical Function Lead as directed. - Produce solutions that are safe, cost effective, fit for purpose and add value to both Massy Wood Group and the client. Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Cost Controller with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.   Job Objective:   The preparation and reporting of project cost budgets, and the tracking, management and reporting of project expenditure to enable robust control of projects throughout their lifecycle. Prepares and reports project cost budgets, ensuring budgets and reports are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures and standards. This will typically involve the review, analysis and reporting of actual and forecasted project costsagainst the project approved budget. Supports in the management and development of the Cost team, the management of project budgets, actual and forecast costs, and the preparation and filing of project cost documentation.   May act as the focal point for several smaller, less complex project scopes.   Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:   - Develop, issue and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes - Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines and functions, assist and support in the development of project budgets in accordance with the Basis of Estimate including statements of work scope, assumptions, man-hour estimates, narratives and review & comment of client documents - Liaise with procurement, finance and time-capture functions, and third parties as required, to ensure accurate and timely capture of procurement, materials, subcontract and labour manhour costs.
