This role will be ad hoc on a contract basis.  e.g. Platform based ROV inspection programmes; ROVSV & DSV based multi-asset jacket riser and subsea infrastructure inspection programmes, ad hoc & planned execution support This role will be based in Aberdeen.  Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Inspection database administration providing database support and maintenance to client databases. Typically COABIS:. including creation of Workpacks for offshore execution works, baseline updates pre-post campaign with new component creation and historical component close out and linking of all relevant data – datasheets / drawings, photos as-builts, reports and workscopes, database maintenance. - Compilation of inspection workscopes from control documents (IMR’s, SSIS, Spreadsheets, Maximo etc) and outstanding work and engineering recommendations as well as anomaly requirements. - QA of inspection media/data (datasheets, digital video, stills, anomalies, reports etc) inc database - Provide client support and guidance on all aspects of subsea inspection. including inspection operations of client subsea assets including platforms, subsea facilities (manifolds, trees, SSIV’s) project specific methodology and advising of new technologies and their application. - Campaign management support on ROVSV, DSV and Platform Based ROV - Review of execution contractors operations documentation (procedures, Mob plans, Bridging Docs, PEP, HSEQ, Schedules, Insp Reports etc) and provide comment on clients behalf - Review execution contractor proposed personnel and equipment - Chairing internal and external project meetings for all aspects of inspection campaigns - Brief offshore inspection personnel on workscope and data acquisition requirements/expectation - Participate in offshore morning report calls - Updates of Inspection Technical Specification – good practice -documents on clients behalf - Produce accurate project schedules for operations – client pre budget - Focal point for Provision of all media digital video – DVD, USB, Cloud etc to client and approved 3rd parties – Upload, access, support and maintenance of stored digital video - Review of sentenced anomalies within database for monitor, remedial and closeout actions - Implementation and operation of digital inspection data management systems e.g. COABIS, etc as required. Compartir y divulgar con la gerencia funcional y del proyecto. - Mantener contacto con los principales suministradores con objeto de obtener la más completa utilización de su capacidad, experiencia, investigaciones y aplicaciones de nuevos métodos y materiales, como aporte a logro de los objetivos del proyecto. - Mantenerse informado sobre las condiciones actuales y tendencias futuras del mercado y su potencial incidencia en la atención de los requerimientos del proyecto. - Participar en la evaluación de suministradores en función de su desempeño y capacidad. - Estudiar y aplicar los acuerdos comerciales bajo su responsabilidad y administración, para evitar la pérdida de valor alcanzada en la formación y adjudicación de éstos. Capacitar a los equipos multidisciplinarios en esta materia. - Mantener comunicación con activación, inspección, tráfico y logística a fin de asegurar plazos y calidad de los acuerdos contractuales de la orden de compra. - Elaborar los procesos de cierre de cada proceso, de acuerdo con el estándar que se establezca en el proyecto tanto por Wood como por el cliente. - Velar por la confidencialidad de todos los procesos a cargo o en que participa, en función de los términos de los acuerdos suscritos y aplicables al proyecto. - Utilización de todos los sistemas corporativos, de Wood y/o cliente, para el desarrollo de sus actividades. - Responsable de mantener al día toda la información de los procesos inherentes a su cargo y responsabilidad, en la estructura del Software de archivo de Wood o como se le indique. - Mantener al día cada uno de los procesos, con el objeto de generar reportes a través de Sistema de SCM con la situación real de éstos. - Mantener comunicación permanente con el trabajo de equipo, jefe directo, así como con su jefatura funcional de Wood.

Shall undertake MTO and duties of other disciplines of the Piping and Plant Layout Group when necessary and assists with the preparation of presentation materials e.g. videos, animation, plant views. Shall have proven experience of common CAD systems like PDMS, E3D & SP3D - Check any piping details as driven by the project requirements e.g. steam tracing, steam jacketing, drip legs, equipment trim.
