La posición es por 4 meses y se puede trabajar de manera remota bajo la autorización del líder.   El candidato ideal debe ser profesional titulado en Ingenieria Civil, el candidato deberá ser responsable de colaborar con el personal de ejecución de la oficina en un ambiente de trabajo multidisciplinario.   El puesto implica la elaboración de documentos y planos de construcción para proyectos de instalaciones industriales, edificios de oficinas y comerciales. Sólidas prácticas de diseño sostenible son inherentes a cada proyecto diseñado por la Compañía.   Buen dominio de herramientas de cálculo como Excel, Access, MathCad. Indispensable el manejo de software de cálculo estructural, preferiblemente el STAAD PRO, deseable MAT3D, TEDDS, STAAD Foundation Advance, SAP2000, o RAM Connection standalone.    Es una experiencia altamente deseable el conocimiento de trabajo en AutoCad y estar familiarizado con diseño concurrente en 3D bajo ambiente Revit o Smart Plant 3D.

Wood requiere contratar para su línea de servicio de Minería y Minerales, un/a Proyectista Estructural. Entre sus principales funciones se incluyen:   - Diseñar y cubicar estructuras de acero y hormigón armado relacionados con el área minera tales como fundaciones de molinos, fundaciones de estructuras de acero, estaciones de transferencia, entre otros. - Diseñar y realizar dibujos detallados a partir de esbozos involucrando cálculos intrincados y la aplicación de principios de ingeniería fundamentales. - Preparar diseños y trazar dibujos de plataformas y trazados preliminares para cuantificar cantidades involucradas en los diseños e informar al Ingeniero líder estos resultados. - Identificar soluciones de costo efectivas para problemas de diseño. - Diseñar y construir prototipos de modelos, procesos o equipo; compilar y evalúar información, hacer recomendaciones y preparar informes. - Elaboración de modelos 3D con E3D.
