Wood requiere contratar para su línea de servicio de Minerals & Metals  un Administrador(a) de Contratos Senior, para un proyecto en ejecución.   Entre sus principales funciones se incluyen: - Preparación y actualización del Plan de Contratos del Proyecto. - Identificar y desarrollar Proponentes y Contratistas capaces de prestar y ejecutar los servicios y trabajos en la calidad requerida por el Proyecto. - Preparar y mantener actualizada la lista de Proponentes y Contratista del Proyecto, y velar por su homologación y aprobación según procedimiento. - Desarrollar estrategias de Contratación y velar por su aprobación según procedimiento. - Preparar y lanzar procesos de licitación en plataformas de comercio electrónico definidas por el Proyecto. - Emitir solicitudes de información y propuestas, evaluar cotizaciones, negociaciones con contratistas, preparar evaluaciones comerciales y consolidadas de propuestas. Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en procesos de evaluación Técnica. Preparar cartas de recomendación, escriturar contratos sobre la base de términos y condiciones aprobados, y modificaciones de contratos según se requiera y en general ser el contacto con los Contratistas para los asuntos comerciales. - Implementar las acciones de la Estrategia de Prevención y Administración de Reclamaciones y Controversias, liderando los equipos multidisciplinarios del Proyecto, que participan de la gestión de cada Contrato. - Velar por la vigencia y custodia de las boletas de garantía según acuerdos del proyecto. - Liderar la evaluación de contratistas en función de su desempeño y capacidad. - Estudiar y aplicar los acuerdos comerciales bajo responsabilidad y administración, para evitar la pérdida de valor alcanzada en la formación y adjudicación de éstos. - Capacitar a los equipos multidisciplinarios en esta materia, y mantener comunicación constante con otras disciplinas para asegurar su involucramiento en la gestión de Contratos. - Mantenerse constantemente informado sobre las condiciones actuales y futuras tendencias del mercado y sus probables incidencias en la negociación y ejecución de los Contratos a cargo. - Planificar y ejecutar el proceso de cierre de cada contrato, de acuerdo con el estándar del proyecto. - Velar por la confidencialidad de todos los procesos a cargo o en que participa, en función de los términos de los acuerdos suscritos y aplicables al Proyecto. - Utilización de todos los sistemas corporativos, de Wood y/o Cliente, para el desarrollo de sus actividades. - Velar por el fiel cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad establecidas por Compañía y el Cliente. - Velar por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones previsionales y laborales de los Contratistas y Subcontratistas. - Cumplimiento del Código de Conducta Comercial de la Cadena de Suministro de Wood y otros aplicables de Wood y el Cliente.
