Reportar seu estado, consequências, acções correctivas tomadas, e lições a serem aprendidas para projectos futuros. - Quando necessário, participar, presidir as reuniões de abertura e de Pré-Fabricação com o(s) principal(is) empreiteiro(s) e fornecedores críticos, estabelecer como os requisitos de QC definidos devem ser implementados. - Garantir que a inspecção de equipamentos e materiais seja realizada de acordo com todas as especificações, códigos, normas, procedimentos e Planos de Controlo de Qualidade do Fornecedor. - Antecipar e resolver problemas de QC encontrados em campo para eliminar retrabalhos ou re-testes dispendiosos - Validar a aprovação, distribuição e revisão de procedimentos, Planos de Processos e Procedimentos de Trabalho / Operações para a actividade geral de Construção. - Estabelecer contacto com o Departamento de Construção/Engenharia C&I, quando necessário - Identificar e avaliar incidentes/problemas/não conformidades relacionados com a Qualidade e inicia, recomenda e fornece soluções eficazes quando necessário - Responsável pela iniciação, colecta, disposição e retenção de registos de QA/QC de forma atempada, de acordo com procedimentos documentados - Gerir o relacionamento com as empresas sub-contratadas para garantir a conformidade entre os serviços sub-contratados e as melhores práticas do Cliente e requisitos de sub-contratados. - Estabelecer contacto com representantes de HSSE (internos, clientes e externos) para garantir a conformidade inerente da documentação com os padrões de segurança da Wood e do Cliente. - Estabelecer contacto com o Gestor de Construção, Coordenadores de Construção e Supervisores de Campo da Wood à medida que o trabalho avança, e fornecer actualizações de actividades na forma de um Relatório Diário de QA/QC cobrindo todos os Projectos atribuídos - Realizar vigilância de Auditoria à medida que o trabalho avança, evitar descobertas de última hora, abordar não conformidades repetitivas e monitorar a implementação de acções correctivas em resposta à identificação de produtos/serviços não conformes por meio de Auditorias de QA/QC ou de outra forma, até que a condição insatisfatória seja corrigida - Fornecer verificação de QA/QC nas instalações de instrumentos do local (ou seja, malha, verificação, instalações de engate) e fornecer aprovação de revisão dos pacotes de amostras de instalação. - Realizar inspecções no local das oficinas do empreiteiro de acordo com as requisições de material/sub-contrato e fichas técnicas que incluem mas não se limitam à Calibração de Instrumentos, Válvulas de Controlo/Válvulas Ligadas/Desligadas, Teste de Analisador, Inspecções de Materiais, equipamento de CCTV e telecomunicações, Instrumento, válvulas de controlo, analisador, etc., incluindo certificações e testes de funcionalidade. - Estabelecer contacto com o engenheiro instrumentista/projectista Chefe para resoluções de fornecedores/empreiteiros sobre requisitos de material/contrato e fichas técnicas. - Rever todos os relatórios de inspecção e teste para verificação da conformidade, com referência aos códigos aplicáveis ​​do sector e normas/procedimentos do local - Estabelecer contacto com os inspectores de QC dos empreiteiros para a resolução de problemas. - Coordenar com o inspector do cliente, quando necessário, e organizar inspecções. - Revisão de procedimentos e documentação de qualidade, tais como Planos de Controlo de Qualidade e/ou Planos de Inspecção e Teste, Procedimentos de Instalação e teste para estar em alinhamento com os requisitos e especificações do Cliente. - Revisão dos registos de inspecção e calibração de dispositivos C&I, incluindo mas não se limitando às válvulas de Controlo, Instrumentação Eléctrica, Instrumentação de Medição Analógica, dispositivos de telecomunicações, para conformidade com a especificação do material do projecto/empreiteiro e critérios de aceitação. - Revisão dos registos de teste de Cabo para conformidade com os critérios de aceitação da especificação do projecto - Participação e apresentação sobre qualidade em palestras diárias - Participação activa na melhoria da qualidade C&I - Manter um registo de itens que exigem acções correctivas e reportar à Equipa de construção de forma atempada - Listagem detalhada de itens e comunicação dos mesmos para os Chefes de construção - Testemunho e inspecção completos, de acordo com os Planos de Controlo de Qualidade C&I aplicáveis - Conclusão de ITRs GO Completion - Inspecção de conformidade de recebimento de material - Garantir que o cliente esteja satisfeito antes, durante e após a conclusão do trabalho

Wood is currently looking for a couple of Senior Project Engineers to support development of a number of projects in the Oil / Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical sector.   This is a key role that encompasses the management of others for the quality and timely delivery of the work, to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. In addition, the role requires a level of cost estimating experience and a working knowledge of both AACE and ACCE tools and best practice. The responsibilities for this role can vary considerably depending on scope and size of Project, a mixture of onshore and offshore experience across the sectors identified is essential.   Piping Superintendent – Central Scotland Based Wood Process & Energy are seeking expressions of interest from Piping Superintendents with extensive onshore experience, working on large scale EPCm projects, Power Generation and Steam Turbines within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries to support a potential upcoming project.   In order to support this growth we anticipate the need for a Superintendent in Central Scotland for a duration of 12 – 18 months. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure the construction team and contractors adhere strictly to the latest approved for construction project drawings, specifications, procedures, and site instructions.   - Review and develop installation methodologies, sequence of works with input into the construction schedule, drive the construction team and contractors to deliver to that plan.   - In conjunction with the Construction Manager ensure installation and pre-commissioning requirements are undertaken in accordance with project specifications, procedures and coordinated with ongoing construction activities.   - Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, ensuring that contractors management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.   - Routinely study, check, review and validate the discipline scope of work against the appropriate Contract Requisition to ensure the construction team and contractors correctly interpret and comply with the latest revision AFC drawings, quantities, and specifications.   - In conjunction with the construction team and contractors, develop a schedule of tie-in, interface and terminal points, supervise and coordinate the activities within assigned areas onsite.   - Ensure all quality control checks and tests are instigated, with records maintained and available as required pre and post test checks, hydrostatic testing, flushing and drying, safety relief valve installation etc., all in accordance with agreed ITP, method statements and project specifications.   - Identify the hand over sequence on a system by system, area by area basis, all scheduled to produce logically planned work completions for commissioning and start-up requirements.
