Overview / Responsibilities  We are hiring for short-term project-based CMMS Engineers for Operation and Maintenance Department which will services to Oil and Gas facilities both onshore and offshore. The scope is bound by the equipment delivered by the project whether it is for direct revenue generation or to enable the plant to provide continuous production in future years. The processing plant will treat ore from a copper-molybdenum deposit and the annual Run-of-Mine ore to be mined and processed is 60 million metric tons. Wood has been appointed as engineering subcontractor to provide Detailed Engineering, Procurement support services, and Technical field assistance during construction.    This position has responsibility to provide on site technical field support, and provide interface and coordination between Wood, the client and the EPC appointed Local Design Institute (LDI). This position requires strong technical and project coordination skills. Wood has been appointed as engineering subcontractor to provide Detailed Engineering, Procurement support services, and Technical field assistance during construction.    This position has responsibility to provide the technical interface and coordination between Wood, the client and the EPC appointed Local Design Institute (LDI). This position requires strong technical and project coordination skills. If you have a successful track record and thrive on challenges in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.   Responsibilities: - Provide control and Systems Integration engineering services in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring technical quality of work produced is in accordance with safety and operational requirements and complies with project and client standards - Specialising in specification and design of hardware and software for Process / Distributed Control Systems, PLC’s etc., with system integration experience - Working knowledge of field instrumentation applications and interfaces - Experience with industrial control networks e.g. EthernetIP, Profinet etc. and ICT systems and networks - Provide technical interface and coordination of engineering deliverables between Wood, the client and the appointed Local Design Institute (LDI). The LDI will review and stamp the deliverables produced by Wood in compliance with the applicable legislation and permits of Uzbekistan - Review engineering deliverables developed and prepared by Wood offices and the LDI for the allocated project scope - Review vendor documentation for compliance with project specifications - Provide the technical interface service between Wood engineering design, the client and the LDI - Conflict resolution of scope and technical detail between parties to ensure compromise and alignment is reached - Develop scope of work documents and specifications in accordance with project, discipline, statutory regulations, good-practice and company procedural requirements. - Provide alignment between the design specifications and the locally available materials of construction - Work closely with the global Wood offices and the client team to develop and deliver the project - Manage and execute the delivery of best practice process plant designs and associated services - Ensure designs meet required safety standards and actively participate in design reviews - Provide positive input and demonstrated leadership on HSSE and Quality Assurance issues within your area of responsibility.

The LDI will review and stamp the deliverables produced by Wood in compliance with the applicable legislation and permits of Uzbekistan - Review engineering deliverables developed and prepared by Wood offices and the LDI for the allocated project scope - Support client to respond to queries in the procurement of the instrumentation - Review vendor documentation for compliance with project specifications, setup configuration and connection detail - Provide the technical interface service between Wood engineering design, the client and the LDI - Conflict resolution of scope and technical detail between parties to ensure compromise and alignment is reached - Develop scope of work documents and specifications in accordance with project, discipline, statutory regulations, good-practice and company procedural requirements. - Work closely with the global Wood offices and the client team to develop and deliver the project - Manage and execute the delivery of best practice process plant designs and associated services - Ensure designs meet required safety standards and actively participate in design reviews - Provide positive input and demonstrated leadership on HSSE and Quality Assurance issues within your area of responsibility.
