- Promptly alert line and functional management to significant accidents and incidents. Where appropriate be involved in the investigation and ensure that the findings are reported and appropriately shared
- Support on, investigate and review accident and incident reports. Identify any trends and ensure that there is appropriate response to prevent future occurrence
- Planning, coordination, and delivery of internal audits for the project. Close out of assurance actions in a timely manner ensuring that findings are reported and shared appropriately and opportunities for improvement sought.

- Provide Process Engineering Expertise
- Provide input to development process studies
- Define process requirements for technical scopes related to modifications on the contract.
- Originating and checking and delegation for approval of process engineering design deliverables including but not limited to; P&IDs, calculation, datasheets, line lists to enable development of deliverables used in the project, offshore workpacks and in the supply chain

The Role
Working as part of a small team, the Cost Controller will have the responsibility to oversee and manage contractors on behalf of the client. They will also support the Project Controls team, and the wider Finance and Administration (F&A) function with enhanced cost focus.
The successful candidate will be fundamental in driving change and delivering a cost control service to the client on behalf of our business that focuses on increasing accuracy and integrity of our numbers; supporting operations to achieve efficiency.
This position is key for the Project Controls team with responsibility for matters relating to activities for operations and strategic objectives, this will include supporting the regional Senior Project Controls Manager (SPCM) with visibility and consistency.

Reporting to the Pension Team Lead, the role includes day to day pension administration activities as well as a range of pension project support. This is a key role within the team supporting the smooth running of the schemes, in line with Service Level Agreements and quality levels.
Responsible for completing all aspects of Pensions administration including (but not limited to);
- Early/Normal and Late retirement quotations, divorce quotations, ensuring payments are processed accurately, monthly contribution audit, DB and DC leavers, death benefit calculations; drafting routine correspondence, transfers in and out, liaising with third parties and resolving queries from schemes members.
