- Participate to each Kick-off meeting to inform subcontractors about the procedures of administration (preparation of unit rate accounting, evaluation of extra works, progress payment certificates, bank guarantees, insurances to be provided etc.)
- Review in detail and approve the Contractor's progress payment certificates (PPCs) in accordance with the Contract, obtain all internal (Wood) and external (Client) authorizations and issue the authorization to invoice letter to Contractors.

Responsibilities

- Develop effective and cost-efficient recruitment strategies to support, resolve and fulfil department / business resourcing needs, and provide solutions to skill shortages by creating smart action plans
- Partner with business leadership to provide recruitment strategy and support in line with departmental and organizational objectives and in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand requirements of positions within the area / region / business line and provide innovative solutions for sourcing candidates
- Hold regular meetings with managers and drive accountability for prompt feedback to ensure a positive applicant experience
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive applicant experience regardless of whether or not the applicant joins the organization
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with Hiring Managers
- Present the Company as the “employer of choice” by creating compelling, meaningful, and intelligent job advertisements and professional marketing materials
- Expert in social sourcing methods, proactive approach to identification and networking talent and candidate pipelining
- Utilize social media and creative sourcing resources to aggressively target top active and passive talent throughout the industry and other industries where transferable skills can be utilized
- Plan and organize mass recruitment events and Recruitment Open Days, and represent Wood in industry exhibitions and other professional networking events
- Support bid requirements with suitable candidates
- Manages vacancies through Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), ensuring that candidate and vacancy data is accurate and up to date at all times
- Upload requisitions and candidate information into ATS and keep meticulous records of all contact with both candidates and hiring managers
- Thoroughly screen each resume & candidate (phone and / or in person) before presenting to the hiring manager along with recommendations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers, client representatives and prospective candidates
- Participate in selection interviews and assist line management in the decision-making process
- Liaise with Compensation and Benefits, P&O Operations, Project Controls and Management and Hiring Managers on remuneration issues as necessary such that all compensation, benefit and employment legislation issues are addressed
- Assist managers with making offers of employment using effective negotiation skills to ensure that offers are accepted, and selected applicants become new starters
- Ensure that all open roles are filled in a timely manner via effective sourcing and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods - headhunting, in-house ATS, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, online job portals
- Conduct thorough Background Verification for selected candidates
- Continually expand networking / sourcing resources and leadership pipeline database
- Follow up with various internal and external stakeholders and drive accountability
- Supervise the mobilization process and intervene when needed
- Assist new hires creating Wood Corporate CV
- Review manpower plans for upcoming months and create action plans as necessary
- Prepare recruitment stats weekly, monthly and quarterly to present to business leadership
- Act as brand ambassador for Wood in the marketplace through face-to-face interaction, candidate calls, job fairs and social media as the destination employer of choice
- Develop collaborative relationships with the business leadership, hiring manager population and HR Business Partners to understand the end-to-end business strategy, needs and issues, site / location specific culture, hiring process, compensation practices, internal equity, talent management, succession planning, and approval processes
