- Wood is currently recruiting for Iraq HSE Lead with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. Wood is currently recruiting for an Integrated Control Systems Technician, for a new build offshore FPSO project located in the East Mediterranean.   We are supporting the development of an offshore field to support bringing gas to the market by 2022. The development of the fields shall be undertaken using a new-build, spread-moored gas FPSO unit to process gas and associated liquids from subsea wells.  Dry pipeline spec gas will be produced and piped through a gas export line to an onshore facility while the recoverable liquids will be tandem offloaded into tankers from the FPSO.  The final subsea infrastructure will include three development wells.   The project will support with the preparation, start up and subsequent operation and maintenance of the deepwater gas development.   The position will initially be based in Singapore with ad hoc travel or rotational to East Mediterranean until 2022.   The Integrated Control Systems Technician role will ensure that all Integrated Controls & Safety Systems work is carried out safely and in accordance with the Floating Production Storage and Offloading FPSO processes in a timely manner. Assisting in the development and maintenance of the electrical / instrumentation and control equipment / systems, distribution systems, procedures and competency requirements to ensure continues functionality.   KEY ACCOUNTABLILTIES:   Yard Phase: - Reporting to on shift Operations Team Lead. - ICSS Technician primarily responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of the DCS system. - Carry out planned maintenance, repairs, fault finding, calibration, certification and modifications on a range of instrument industrial and control systems including; - Instrument protection systems. - Fire and gas detection. - Field and analytical instrumentation. - Telemetered systems. - SCADA / HMI / PLC / PROFIBUS / Ethernet systems. - Flow monitoring equipment. - Control circuits. - Safety instrumented loops. - Communications networks. - Demonstration and acceptance of walk down, pre-check of system for handover. - Participation in ensuring that preservation activities are completed to a high standard to make sure that equipment is ready to operate when on location with minimal delay to start-up. - On site walk through and dry runs of the system operating manuals to make sure that they are fit for purpose and accurate. - Technical focal point/representative for new projects to ensure designed for reliability. - Development and implementation of mechanical plant modifications, either directly or via contractors. - Collaborating with the ICSS vendors for all equipment installations and modifications. - Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC). - Carries out, at site representative’s request and Energean Validation, any intervention within his field of competence. - Process safety review of equipment and systems pre-start-up of FPSO Power. - Identify, assess and mitigate hazards to safety, both personal and process, that present a risk to safety on board the FPSO. Indicate any areas of concern to line Supervisor. - Maintain zero accidents by complying to all Safety rules & regulations. - Stop Work that is unsafe or likely to cause damage. - Participate and actively encourage fostering of a ONE TEAM approach for the crew and third party contractors staff that will be part of the core team make up. Operational: - Responsible for effective planning and execution of Integrated Controls & Safety Systems work scope.  - Ensures that Client’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during preparation and performance of maintenance operations placed under their responsibility. - Organises and performs on site the maintenance Operations which are placed under their responsibility. - Assists the Planning Engineer with the resourcing and suitable planning input to ensure a quality preparation and execution of all ICSS and Systems works - Responsible for attaining and maintaining Competence Management Assurance System. - Responsible for maintaining personal Control of Work- (CoW) competencies. Perform the role of (PA) Performing Authority, (IA) Isolating Authority in the frame work of the CoW. - Ensure CMMS work requests are sufficiently detailed, clearly defining the scope of work or nature of problem along with basic planning information, on completion recording work history with sufficient level of technical detail. - Responsible for training, coaching and assessing less experienced team members. - Stop Work that is unsafe or likely to cause damage. - Demonstration and acceptance of walk down, pre-check of system for handover. - Identify, assess and mitigate hazards to safety, both personal and process, that present a risk to safety on board the FPSO. Indicate any areas of concern to line Supervisor and Area Authority.  - Responsible for carrying out personal safety commitments via Energean Behavioural Observation - Internal system, procedures and provide feedback to line supervisor on requirement to update or amend. - Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation is resumed. - Maintains an accurate and auditable log of all system faults and inhibits (Short term and long term). - Ensure effective systems are maintained for the identification, assessment and control of significant environmental risks at site. - Ensures that all maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out in a safe manner and in strict compliance with Energean operating procedures and any statutory legislation in order to maintain all such equipment in safe and sound operating condition.   - Member of Emergency Response (ER) teams as Central Control Room (CCR) team member. - Responsible for timely execution of all ICSS system maintenance, including Major Accident Critical Equipment –MACE - Responsible for ensuring that all ICSS maintenance is fully & accurately recorded in Maximo system. - Monitors (and in certain plant – Operates) the functioning of any equipment placed under his responsibility. - Verifies the quality of his interventions by frequent checks prior to hand-back of critical or high integrity equipment to production after maintenance activity. - Performs trouble shooting in the ICSS, PLC, etc. - Responsible for ensuring performance monitoring programs are managed on site. - Participation in ensuring that preservation activities are completed to a high standard to make sure that equipment is ready to operate when on location with minimal delay. - Working with project teams as part of the system walk downs, punch listing and handover. - On site walk through and dry runs of the system operating manuals to make sure that they are fit for purpose and accurate. - Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements, - Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes and, if need be, suggests improvements to Client. - Warns support and planning teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts, - Active participation in the HSEQ monitoring programs and highlighting of potential risk areas to Client. - Responsible for input to & implementation of TQs / Management Of Change.  - Participate and actively encourage fostering of a ONE TEAM approach for the O&M crew and the third party contractors staff that will be part of the core team make up. - In all cases looking out for Clients best interests.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Planner (Lead) on a contract basis with extensive experience in the mining and minerals industry on large capital projects, including projects in remote locations and other countries, in particular third world countries.   Main Purpose of Role - To develop, progress and report the schedule status of the project and proactively assist and support the PM to deliver the project objectives and to report on the project status. - Work on either a single major project or provide planning support to a number of smaller projects and studies to compile and co-ordinate the smooth running of the project schedule. - The planner undertakes the initial and ongoing detailed forward planning for the project in support of the PM. - The planner will work in a manner that supports and enhances the Amec Foster Wheeler values of: - Delivering on promises; - Developing full potential; - Doing the right thing. - Knowledge of project processes to be able to develop a project schedule independently for review. - Effective use of planning software both Primavera and MS Projects - Fully computer literate with respect to Microsoft Office software - Good report writing skills - Communication and teamwork Role Specific Responsibilities - Provide support and inform the PM and construction manager (CM) in respect of progress measurement on the project. - Prepare, issue and maintain the master schedule of the project. - Review the bid milestones and overall completion timetable in conjunction with the project scope at award and identify any anomalies or inconsistencies. - In collaboration with the project team and all other participants, develop the work breakdown structure (WBS) and integrate the code of accounts with the WBS. - In consultation with the project team, identify key critical constraints and interfaces. - Establish key milestone dates in agreement with the PM. - Establish productivity norms, time standards and progress measurement criteria for all disciplines in liaison with project controls. - Develop the basis of schedule (BoS) and / or schedule management plan for approval by the PM. - Set up the interface between the schedule and the applied company / project system (if required). - Ensure that commissioning considerations are established and catered for in the project program during program baseline development. - Identify the critical path(s) and near critical paths in the project implementation schedule (PIS). Report slippages and gains against the baseline schedule. - Monitor, control and report the status of free and total float in the schedule. - Evaluate and integrate contractor’s and supplier’s schedules and report findings to the PM, CM and project engineer. - Where required, assist the construction manager to implement shutdown schedules. - Provide input and review proposed change management time implications and document the result. Manage approved changes in the schedule. - Attend project and contract kick off, progress, cost control and planning meetings and manage changes in the schedule. - Review the schedule portions of contractor’s extra work claims and prepare details for discussion and/or inclusion in any response. - Assist project controls to produce management reports and the monthly status reports. - Prepare and submit planning data for the project close out report and progressive learning (lessons learned). - To undertake peer reviews of schedules produced by other planners upon instruction by the planning manager. - Ensure that all plans and schedules are prepared and executed in accordance with the Company’s planning standards.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant with experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.   The Senior Accountant will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of contract finance ensuring all accounting activities are undertaken in a timely and accurate manner for the contract covering invoicing, month end close, budget/forecasting, internal reporting of monthly financials and completion of profit & loss / balance sheet reconciliations.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Review and analysis of costs coded to contract within the accounting system to ensure charges are correct and adjust as applicable - Undertake manhour reconciliations between systems to ensure all hours have been captured for invoicing and costing purposes - Ensure invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner in line with contract terms and conditions and agreed invoice timetable - Preparation of annual budget, quarterly and monthly forecast for contract in conjunction with Contract Manager in line with Wood reporting calendar - Preparation of monthly accounts for contract covering reimbursable labour, recovered in rate costs, lump sums, procurement, plant & equipment, plus other reimbursable and non-reimbursable items. - Directly responsible for contract month end close activities in Oracle system to ensure results are accurately reported and analysed. - Main activities include calculation of accruals, unbilled and unearned entries as required in compliance with Wood corporate deadlines, technical accounting standards, and in accordance with company procedures for reconciliations and balance sheet controls. - Completion of monthly financial report comprising detailed: - Profit and loss comparison of actuals against budget/forecast capturing clear and concise operational commentary for variances - Balance sheet analysis focusing on unbilled, unearned, accounts receivable, and cost accruals or deferrals, explaining the nature and age of balance and movement from prior month, plus resolution plan for clearance of aged items - Rolling forecast for year, and reasons for change from prior forecast - Days Sales Outstanding - Upsides / downsides to results and likelihood of items being realised - Any other detailed analysis that may be relevant to the contract - Reporting of monthly results to contract manager to ensure visibility of actual performance and any actions required in specific areas. - Active management of cash to ensure payment is received from client in line with payment terms, optimisation of Days Sales Outstanding and minimisation of unbilled items - Ensure all finance reconciliations are prepared, analysed and reviewed on a monthly basis to establish over/under-recoveries and enable any corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner - Knowledge of contract commercials to understand rate build-ups and recovery of costs to ensure maximisation cash position - Responsible for identifying and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement within the contract and sharing of best practice within the function - Responsible for maintaining contract delegation of authority matrix in line with any personnel changes on the contract - Ensure compliance with accounting, credit risk and code of conduct policies - Ensure all contracts process and procedures used on contracts are fully documented - Liaising with external, internal and client auditors - Effective supervision and management of the accounting team, with a focus on people development - Execution of various ad hoc tasks as and when requested
