Wood is currently recruiting for an Electrical and Instrument Engineer for a rotational assignment, based within the onshore client facility providing support to the client offshore operations and maintenance activities..    The normal rotation is 4-5 weeks on \ 4-5 weeks off but extended rotations are being worked due to the ongoing global COVID pandemic.   The Electrical and Instrument Engineer is the in-country Asset focal point and technical authority for all electrical equipment, and in liaison with the Automation Engineer, all instrument equipment. The position is responsible for refining established, and creation of new, maintenance procedures to enable the offshore maintenance teams to perform effective maintenance on all electrical and instrumentation equipment. The position is required to provide engineering support from design through completion for minor modifications and be the focal point of any dialogue for major engineering projects, as part of the client’s Management of Change process. He/she is also the owner of performance standards, Electrical Safety Rules, high level maintenance strategies through FMEA, written schemes of examination and holds primary responsibility for all matters relating to electrical safety. - Provide electrical and instrumentation technical support for day to day activities, with practical assistance on the offshore assets as required; - Provide technical advice to Asset Management on all matters related to electrical and instrumentation equipment on the installations. Wood is currently recruiting for Billing Accountants for Gurgaon location.   Key Responsibilities:   - To perform client billing in integrated Oracle environment using the various Oracle functionality - Client Billing includes manhour, expenses, fixed charges, and retention billing - To perform the reconciliation of manhours, expenses and fixed charges in Oracle and Billed to client or Statement of Work - Person should understand Oracle system and should be working experience of 1 year at least - Preparing various reports like invoice register, daily reports, unbilled report, aging etc - Creating Cash Forecast and Accrual Data every month - Follow up with the Customer for the Overdue Invoices

Wood is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our busy Archives team in Hull on a permanent basis. Full on the job training will be provided to the successful candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for : - Retrieving records/boxes from the correct locations - Delivering required documents/boxes to client sites - Archiving documents accurately and efficiently - Indexing documents to predefined client requirements - Ensuring good housekeeping of archive units - Ensuring security and confidentiality of data at all times - Retrieving records quickly and efficiently, making them available for safe operation and maintenance of the client’s plant. - Issuing records, tracking and managing the return of issued records at all times - Complying with both Wood and Client’s Safety Polices and Procedures in all matters  Please note the role is site based so the succesful candiate will be required to be based and work in the Hull office.
